During the period of Coronavirus restrictions which prevent the Council Meeting in person, PCC will continue to discuss and respond to Planning Applications via its monthly video conference meeting. You can provide your own comments to the Council Members before they arrive at their decision by emailing them to the clerk before the meeting. Whilst your comments will be shared with each member of the Council, your personal details will not be shared unless you specifically request so. This is to comply with Privacy Laws and GDPR. Alternatively, you can “attend” the virtual meeting of the council to make your own comments. Go to the “Agenda” or “Meeting Dates” tab for instructions how to do this.
